Gulshan Bhatla – Managing Director

Gulshan Bhatla, a Civil Engineer and an MBA in International Business, served the Indian Army for 21 years. While in the army, he served in a specialist engineer regiment as a combat engineer and in Rashtriya Rifles where he has been involved in counter insurgency operations.

He formed Genext Logistics Pvt. Ltd. in April 2010 after having quit the army in Dec 2009. He is a great leader, who always leads from the front. He is qualified in IATA courses on Basic Cargo and Dangerous Goods. The whole staff looks up to him for his advice and guidance. He is also a visionary, who has laid down the road map for Genext. He wants to make the USP of the company as:
“A company run by ex-servicemen with PAN India presence” and it has already started taking shape.

Ritu Bhatla – Director

Ritu Bhatla, an Economics Graduate formed Genext along with Gulshan Bhatla. She gives a perfect back end support to the Managing Director and helps him focus on bigger things. She is also qualified in IATA courses on Basic Cargo and Dangerous Goods thus setting an example for others. She is apt in business development and single handedly developed move of Formula Racing Cars for engineering college students, for participation in International Racing Competitions. These cars normally move by air under ATA Carnet and are brought back by sea. Her good liaison with organisations such as FICCI and aggressive follow ups helped the company achieve service levels beyond the expectation of our valuable customers.

Suchi Juneja – Head, Air Export

Ms Suchi Juneja, a dynamic, sincere and hardworking lady comes with 25 years of rich experience in Air Export pricing / documentation/ customer support. She joined the Genext Team in 2012 and has been instrumental in the rapid growth of air export sales in the company which further lead to Genext getting IATA accreditation. Building healthy business relations with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving timely deliveries following service quality norms, she has ensured that Genext is one of the sought after IATA companies in India.

Pradeep Dagar – Head, Projects

Mr. Pradeep Dagar, a self motivated dynamic young man sincere to the core and very meticulous in his job, has around 10 years of experience in sea export especially dealing with special equipment. He has handled ISO tank shipments containing Ethyl Alcohol for a major pharma player and ODC shipments for a lot of customers. On handling project for Al Tamman Indsil Ferrochrome LLC, a joint venture company in Oman, he got appreciation from the management for smooth handling of the project. He has also successfully handled import and re-export shipments of Sugar Mill Rollers for a reputed client in NCR.

Sheeja Shashidharan – Head, Sea Exports

Sheeja Shashidharan, a very trusted, hardworking and sincere professional, has around 25 years of experience in the logistics industry. She was the first employee of Genext. She is very thorough in the documentation of not only sea exports but also air exports. She also has a good knowledge about the other logistics verticals. For her, there is no task too big or too small that she cannot handle. Keeping track of the shipment at all stages, she has been working to the full satisfaction of clients.

Sumit Pahuja- Head, Finance and Accounts

Sumit Pahuja, a proactive and multi-skilled professional has 10 years of work experience in the field of finance and accounts. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and started his career with a CA firm in 2013. He is very hardworking and has a good knowledge on GST.
