Our Responsibilities

1. Vendor Selection:

We locate, assess, and select suitable trustworthy vendors for our clients. Selection is based on the experience, quality commitment, resources, and track record of the vendor. We also establish clear objectives with the vendors to align with the overall goal of our client to establish long-term relationships.

2. Contract and Rate Negotiation:

We make sure our client agrees on a bilateral beneficial legitimate contract and we plan the terms of the contract in such a way that the terms are mutually profitable. We also ensure that the most reasonable rates are finalised.</p.

3. Cost and Risk Reduction:

We exercise due diligence to mitigate third-party risk, and reduce suppliers’ risks. We also work towards identifying and reducing hidden costs and reducing unforeseen costs. Strong vendor relationships enable buyers to maximise the profit margins

4. Monitoring:

We monitor received products on time from the vendors after the buyer’s nominated surveyors’ quality and quantity check. As soon as the products are received, the cargo will be executed according to the schedule.
